Organized accounting desk with ledger, monitor showing charts, and stacked document folders

Guided intake demo

Know your numbers before you need them.

A bookkeeping and accounting intake pattern for small businesses that need monthly clarity, tax-season readiness, and cash-flow confidence — without handing sensitive records to an unknown form.

No record intake here This form never asks for bank statements, tax IDs, or employee data.
Engagement letter first Production CRM routing does not activate until a signed engagement letter is on file.
Licensed practitioner CPA or EA credential and license number displayed before any advisory work begins.
Production review only Release blockers documented for public-readiness review and public-readiness sign-off.

Service routes

Route by business need, not by a generic service menu.

Each intake path collects only what is necessary to determine fit and assign the right coordinator. No financial data changes hands through this form.

Monthly bookkeeping

Categorization, reconciliation, and monthly close for small businesses that need a clean ledger without hiring a full-time accountant.

Route → Bookkeeping coordinator

Tax preparation

Individual, partnership, S-corp, and LLC returns. Intake confirms entity type and filing year; no return data or documents are submitted here.

Route → Tax services coordinator

Payroll setup

Payroll onboarding, direct deposit setup, and filing coordination. Employee and banking data handled only through governed onboarding portal, not this form.

Route → Payroll coordinator

Cash-flow review

13-week cash-flow modeling and burn-rate analysis for businesses navigating growth or lean periods. Requires engagement letter before projections begin.

Route → Advisory coordinator

Intake triage

Select the signals that route your consultation.

Three questions. No records, no credentials, no sensitive business details. The intake desk uses this to assign the right coordinator before any work begins.

Safe intake rules

Ask enough to route. Never enough to expose the business.

  • Urgency — planning, filing season, or overdue
  • Contact information — name, email or phone for follow-up

  • Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or login credentials
  • Tax identification numbers, SSNs, or EINs
  • Prior-year tax returns or financial statements
  • Employee records, payroll details, or direct deposit information
  • Specific revenue, profit, or balance figures

Production release blockers

This drill is not production-ready.

The following items must be resolved before this site is deployed to a live audience or real clients.

Governed intake required

Form submission currently generates an on-page triage note only. Production requires a Cloudflare Worker with rate limiting, honeypot, blocked-pattern detection, and a signed CRM routing payload.

Credential display gate

Production site must display verified CPA or EA license number and state before any advisory copy goes live. Self-attestation is not sufficient.

Engagement letter automation

CRM automation triggered by form submission must not begin advisory work or quote delivery until a signed engagement letter is confirmed on file.

No-advice language audit

Any copy using "tax strategy," "financial planning," or "advisory" must be reviewed to confirm it does not constitute licensed financial advice under state regulations.

Telemetry, WAF, and rollback evidence

Separate evidence required: WAF/rate-limit configuration, privacy-safe telemetry setup, and rollback procedure documented before deployment.
